Saughland Farm—committed to conservation & sustainability

The rolling land and natural environment around Vineyard Business Centre is looked after by neighbouring Saughland Farm. With a history spanning two centuries of ownership, our small passionate team is united in its values of supporting the local business community as we complement and diversify our activities.

We take care of your office accommodation and its surroundings with the same depth of consideration and passion that we put into our primary farming business.

Keeping a respectful distance from your workplace, but always on-site if you need us, has created the ideal scenario for our happy office residents—many of whom are long-term—and we enjoy building great relationships with those we look after.

Spot the difference!

There are some things that you definitely don’t get to experience in the city or working from home. You might see one of us stroll past your office window with a Hereford bull in tow, spot the odd flock of sheep across the way, or see our tractor in action in the distance working the fields. Our office residents love these little quirks, bringing them closer to nature and the changing seasons while they work.

Saughland Farm strives to produce the highest quality produce while looking after our natural environment and its biodiversity. Our conservation projects include planting new hedgerows and trees and growing unharvested crops which provide diverse wildlife and insects with a natural and supportive habitat. Wetland areas and a pond are also part of our contribution to farm biodiversity in the area.
